Update...oops
Oh yeah.
I'm back in TN. I landed on Aug 1, after being in England since May 15.
Wow. I didn't realise how much time had gone since I last blogged, well the last time before today, being the 28 of July.
It's not for lack of 'exciting' things to blog about, it's just the lack of 'can I really be arsed?'
Back in TN.
My classes for this semester are:
OST 2340 Records Management
OST 2920 Medical Terminology II
OST 2932 Medical Transcriptions Issues II
It's still hot. Gods, I can't wait till autumn breaks.

My Birthday and the first day of classes
...went pretty well.
Mondays are my long days, 9am to 9pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays no classes
Wednesdays only two
Friday only one, which is over at 10:35
I'm still recovering from being ill with allergies since last Friday.
I think it's the whole Knoxville Haze affecting me.
Bah.
I hope this heat breaks soon. I'm sick of suffering from 90F+ temp; staying in air conditioned places most of the day and then out in the blaring heat. That is prolly what has made me ill.
*cough* *blow nose*
I quit smoking btw.
I quit near the end of July.
Go me.

No More My Space!
Alright. That's it. No my myspacing.
I had a good sleep. I wake up and go pee. Come to Thor and think, well I'll myspace for a bit.
Well, I'm fully awake now.
Yes. That's it then. No more myspace.
The things that people will type about themselves, it's just... well a real eye opener.
Especially, when you can read right through their words. Do they not have any idea how they protray themselves online?
Man.
Harsh stuff.
but, oh well.
Tea time.

Denmark and my course for the Summer.
I have a case study due on the 20th of April, which is next friday. I only started actually putting pen to paper this evening, like for the last four hours.
I even went to the irl libaray and checked out irl books on Denmark. There is a lot of history to sort through, which it is interesting to learn about; however, it's quite tiresome as it's been proved to be difficult to form some type of connection to the other requirements which is being asked for within the report.
The living room looks as though my backpack exploded and my notebook threw up on the couch and floor. I currently have a highlighter and a pen entangled into my head, so I won't misplace them within the vast amount of paper-stuffs in small heaps.
My eyes ache and I just yawned, prolly too much reading. Though, I do enjoy reading, I just wish it was just a bit more invigorating.
Today was rainy all day and the temperature was a bit chilly, chilly enough to make my bones ache. Having spent the day with my Mother and having to come home to yet more interruptions, yeilded to me starting my case study early in the evening. Which entirely knocked me off my game plan for the day.
So, tomorrow, as it's Sunday, I am not answering the phone. I am not going anywhere with anyone. Though, I would like to go to a Civil War fare at the museum uptown... I shan't. Now, if I had been able to start eariler on my paper today, then yes, tomorrow wouldn't be planned out already.
Having said that, I can not dedicate as much time as I would like to my paper, as I have to study for an exam on Monday.
At the moment, I'm just taking a small break to blog.
And I've blogged.
Nothing else to say really... oh well maybe there is, acutally:
I booked the tickets.
I made a promise that I would go back. I'm keeping that promise, it's the morally right thing to do, no matter how I actually feel about it.
Though, I hope I get there in time to watch Eurovision, that's pretty entertaining.
Love you, Terry Wogan!
Nuff now.

New Item Added: TrackItDown
Over there:----> on the right sidebar, you'll notice something new;)
It has buttons you can push.
Pick a track and push it, hear a sample, the same sample that I like and then go check out the site for yourself.
It's nifty!
And an easy way to find diverse pounding, energising and yet soothing, choons.

The Internet
OK. I'm doing my whole 'bored' thing again with the Internet.
So, I shan't be on Instant Messengers or Second Life.
I'll answer email only and I'll continue to blog.
The weather is too pretty to be holed up inside. Just feeling like I'm letting my life pass by as I sit here looking at a screen for hours on end.
So.
Yeah.
I've left the Internet.
I told myself I would be back on Friday, but after giving it some thought; I'm going to see how long I can go without Instant Messengers and Second Life.

10 Rules for Being Human
Ten Rules for Being Human

by Cherie Carter-Scott
| 1. | You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it's yours to keep for the entire period. |
| 2. | You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, "life." |
| 3. | There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately "work." |
| 4. | Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson. |
| 5. | Learning lessons does not end. There's no part of life that doesn't contain its lessons. If you're alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned. |
| 6. | "There" is no better a place than "here." When your "there" has become a "here", you will simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than "here." |
| 7. | Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself. |
| 8. | What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours. |
| 9. | Your answers lie within you. The answers to life's questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust. |
| 10. | You will forget all this. |

School, stuff and Captain Memo.
I'm so very tired. I can not wait for this semester to be over. Then I'll have a month off and then back to school I go. Med Term II is still up in the air, but me and some other people are still going to sign up for it during advising week. But, if the tradtional class gets cancelled, and only offered online, then I'll just take Law and Ethics instead, at least I'll get the F off my transcript that way.
So, when the school catalog said that one could get their medical transcriptionist certificate in a year... they lied. I refuse to take an online course... it defeats the whole purpose of going to school in the first place. Online courses are just another way for the school to rape more money out of the students, because they are bound to fail the first time round in an online course. Personally, I just think that the instructors are getting lazier and lazier every year.
Bah. I'm so tired.
I have a wonderful day of work tomorrow. Wow. Great. Really, fantastic. I'll have to put up with the guy who's been harrasing me. He owns the suit shop next to the Kiosk. He also owns the other suit shop a couple of stores down.
He keeps telling me how he perfers bigger women, how they feel, how much more caring they are... yadda yadda.
He also likes stroking my face and touching my neck. He wanted me to stuck his finger.
I just wanted him to go away.
He has a really thick accent. He's arabic. He introduces me to his friends, who are also arabic. Though, some are jewish... they run the jewlery store on the other side of the Kiosk. (No, really they do).
His nickname is 'Memo'. No, not 'Nemo, as in Captain Nemo, but just Memo. His real name is, yes, you guessed it, Muhammad. And no, I can't even pronouce the rest of it, let along spell it.
I hope I'm working upstairs tomorrow. I can't get any further than three feet from the Kiosk.
At least he doesn't have body odor that I have to put up with.
But, still... It's unnerving.
I so hope I'm working upstairs tomorrow.
So tired.
I'm so going to bed now.
Oh, and by the way: Tired of being Bushwhacked? Fret no more! QUACK QUACK QUACK. Go to your nearest Wal-Mart and purchase a duck caller thing. I can't think of what it's actually called off hand, but it makes the quacking sound, hunters use it when going duck shooting. (Which I am against, btw).
Oh! And another thing, my average in Word right now is a 90, so I'll have to make 97 or better on the next two exams in order to bring up the final grade to an 93. So, I'll have that to look forward to doing in the next few weeks.
I can't believe the semester is almost over! I'll be so glad when it's over. It's such a long drive.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sleep now!

Wheee!
Mid terms are over!
That was where I was in mid-termville.
They had rooms, with no computers or phone, just tables and soft chairs in which you could sit and study for hours.

Grades, Cops and Drugs!
Remember last Tuesday I had a major exam in Word?
And do you also remember that I had that major sinus headache?
Tonight, I got the result from that exam on Lessons 1-4.
And I got: 57/63 which is 90%, which is a B+.
When I looked over the exam, I noticed that there were some questions on the shortcut keys that I didn't finish answering. I had meant to go back and finish them, but my head was pounding so hard, that I was having a hard time in actually thinking.
So, at present, my average in Med Term is a 94 (A) and for Word it's 93 (A).
Looks like I'll be spending more time with Word then. Joy.
I paid off my student loan which was a whopping $5.39. I hung the PAID IN FULL receipt on my wall. So, that is one thing that I do not have to worry about anymore:)
Got a free dinner eariler tonight before class. They were giving out Petros and drinks to the evening students. (It's not really free, it's included in the student access fee.) But, it was free at the time and it wasn't too bad actually. Though, one woman kept calling it: Frito Pie. She was corrected several times. She responded:
'When I make them I call them Frito Pies.'
"But the sign says, 'Petros."
"Do you see a guy named Petro standing up here making these?"
"No, but I see a woman standing up there who can't read."
(I didn't say the above, it was what I overheard. I'm not *that* mean).
Mom came home tonight and told me that I missed the excitement across the street:
"Hope, did you know what was going on across the street?"
"No, I'm sitting here yelling at Word. What's going on?"
I walk out of my bedroom and she says, "Let me take my gun off and I'll tell you."
"OK."
I sitting in the living room, waiting on her and she comes out and says:
"Well, I was coming down our road about to turn into the driveway, and I noticed two cop cars parked; one in our driveway and the other at the mailbox."
"Really? I bet they were after that drug dealer across the street in them apartments."
"They were. I asked one cop what was going on and I noticed the other cop was patting down that guy as he was spread against the side of the building. Then I saw another cop looking around on the ground and digging into the grass."
"Really!?! Wow, I did miss some action."
"I had to sit there in my car and wait for 20 mins before I could pull into the driveway."
"Did the cop notice your uniform?"
"Oh yeh, he asked me where I was posted and I told him I work for Homeland Security."
"Did he ask you if you were packing?"
"No, but if he did, I would have had to stick my hands out of the window and tell him that I was armed."
"I can't believe I missed that action!"
"He also said, 'I noticed your Sheild. We'll be out of your way soon. We have been keeping patrol of these punks and we keep on harrassing them, so they will move on. It's fun to do random checks on them, because we like to see them try to hide their stashes.'"
"I then told the cop, 'It's very busy in the mornings over there.' The cop replied, 'Yeh, I know, we have an undercover that hangs around."
"Momma! You got to see all the exciting stuff on the street!"
"I know! I still can't believe that you missed all of it. You could have looked out the window or something."
"I was in my room, stuck in Word."
"Stuck? Are you having trouble with that class?"
"No. I was waiting for it to load up on the computer."
She laughs and says, 'Oh, Hopey, you are so funny.'
I replied, 'I know;)"
Nuff now.

MetaMetaMetaMetaMorphMorph Beyond Change
I have another quiz in Med Term tomorrow. I studied quite a bit this evening, so much so that I think I studied myself stupid. Like, I kept on getting morph (change) confused with meta (beyond). So, after thinking of metaphysical I can now associate meta with beyond and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers with morph, which means change.
meta = beyond
meta = beyond
meta=beyond
meta=beyond
In other news:
I killed two big wasps that flew inside the house. I wasn't concerned with me getting stung, but moreso the animals. So I melon air-freshenered it to death;)
That is very useful air freshener only cost 50 cents from Kroger. I wonder if the RainMist fragrance would be just an as affective wasp killer. Mmm smell goods, kills great!
I want a T-Shirt with that printed across my chest.
Oh, how funny;)
Yeh, the Wal-Dryl is starting to affect me now.

Choons and missing you
I now have a musical listening device in my room that plays CDs, like five of them. And I can get proper radio stations tuned in;)
Microsoft finally stopped sending me downloads and it's remarkable how fast the connection is now.
I was able to watch highlights of Eastenders episodes and listen to Grooverider on Radio 1 ;)
And after all that, I'm still dialed up!
The computer is now running like it would be if G was here, and that's good, cause it's running well enough to be of actual use!!!! :)
Though, somehow in a strange way, seeing as I can Internet just a bit faster now, it just makes me miss G much much more faster:/
Bah.
Listening to Drum n Bass makes me miss G a lot as well -- it's not the same without him really.
Hurry up, xmas.

I'm a Smartie!
I have no idea how well or how well I did not do on the Chapter two Med Term exam today. Normally, after an exam or quiz, I have a pretty good indication of feeling of how I did on it. Not today! I just took the exam. When I turned in my answer sheet, I started to think that I actually overstudied for it. Is there such a thing? Is that possible?
Word class was fun tonight. The instructor handed out Smartie candies to the 'smarties' in the class. I received a full pack of smarties, because, it would seem that I have the highest grade in the class overall. Which is a 99.4% (out of 100%).
There will be an application test on Lesson 1-4 next Tuesday. She told us that our prep work for next Tuesday would be practice unit 1.2. I misheard her and did 1.1 in class and handed it in to her, because I would have forgotten to hand it in at the beginning of class next Tuesday. Here's what happened:
"Hope, this is unit 1.1."
"That's right... isn't it?"
"It is supposed to be unit 1.2..."
"Oh, well I'll be sure to hand in 1.2 next week, of course."
She continued to look at the print out with a bemused look on her face, blinked twice and then looked surprised:
"Seeing as you did unit 1.1 so quickly and so correctly, I am sure that you will not even have to study for the exam next week."
I tilted my head and looked at her in question and she continued:
"The exam will have the same things on it as this unit 1.1 - that is why I wanted you all do to unit 1.2."
She quickly handed me the print out and said, "Don't tell anyone what will be on the exam!"
I smirked and said, 'Oh! Golly! Gee, No, sure won't, Miss!"
She laughed.
So, it would seem that I had already done most of what will be on the exam... well actually, I already did half of the exam. I'll just look over my notes on the shortcut keys; I certainly won't have a problem!
I have a Med Term quiz on Thursay and a quiz on SAM due by Friday, which I'll do after Med Term on Thursday. The next Med Term exam will be on chapter three and four, which shouldn't be as difficult as chapter two, considering that it's mostly combining forms, prefixes and suffixes. I have got to remember that part A of my TLP is due by next Tuesday. My medical term is concussion, which I have to 'show that I can research it'. Which means using databases and citing my sources. So, instead of writing a full blown term paper, it's just a string of assignments that makes us show that we can research things.
And no, I can not 'Google' my way out of it. Bonafide sources. Not taken from a medical or clinical survey of 200 people, but over 2000 people.
I'm using EditPad Lite from my U3 Sandisk launchpad and I have to say it's very useful...sorta like notepad, sorta like wordpad, but somehow different and spiffier. I like it. Plus, the fact that I don't have to worry about my blog session timing out by the time I get done with it and losing my blog post. Which is what happened to me 15 mins ago. I can just transfer this into my blog and presto... no more having to click 'OK' when the popup says, 'We suggest you to save your post."
I'm sure Slowpoke will be a lot happier when I install some memory into him. I swear, his lack of proper memory is making his modem slower. When he gets his new memory, I'll give him a new name. And yes, this all depends if he doesn't go utterly apeshit on me!
I took my last Wal-Dryl tonight. So, the tiime I've been here; I've taken one full box. Mom asked me the other night if I was addicted to them and I said, 'No!' and she said, 'Oh, Hopey, not that kind of addicition, but you have been taken them a lot ...maybe you need to see a doctor for your allergies.'
'I'd rather keep on taking the Wal-Dryl. And besides, it's only because my sinus isn't used to being back in East TN; they need time to readjust.'
'Did you have this much trouble with your sinus in England?'
'No, but then I was taking a lot more Sudafed over there than here.'
'Why do you think that is?'
'Because, they don't do criminal background checks for purchasing Sudafed over there':-p
She laughed.
Heh.
Right, got ink cartridges to refill tomorrow, so off to bed I go!

It's about time.... really?
Let's see.... I think it's time for an update:
On my Chapter One exam for Med Term, I made a 28 out of 30. Chapter Two is this upcoming Tuesday and I'm 'bound' and determined to make a *perfect* score. What I have mostly been doing is studying... and studying. I do have somewhat of a social life, but I just can not be bothered to actually particpate in it. At this point in time, if it doesn't involve The Language of Medicine, then it pretty much doesn't invole me.
I installed Netscape ISP and am currently using it as my dial-up provider. The first month is free, so by the end of the month, if it seems that it won't be worth paying the $9.95 amth, then I'll cancel it. Seems to be a bit more reliable than AOLoser... but watch after saying that, I'll prolly blog a rant in a couple of days.
I got my eyebrows waxed yesterday and even though the experience wasn't all that pleasant, I am happy enough with the results in order to have it done again. I would like to upload a picture of the new look; however, I'm sure at the upload speed that I am getting it would take several days up to a week.
OK, so maybe 56k isn't so bad... I mean.. well.. ok it *is* bad, seeing as the big fat pipe spoiled me rotten, but what would be the worst would be having no Internet access at all. So, I'll take that as a 33kbps blessing, which is what I was getting 15 mins ago.
After being here for two weeks over a month I've realised there are things that I find annoying:
1. That Kraft commerical of their 'crumble cheese'. It's crumbled up cheese sold in a ziplock bag. Can people not crumble up their own cheese block?
2. High Fructose Corn Syrup -- it's in *everything*.
3. Not being able to watch a proper scoccer match. There is a team at school; however, it's not the same when most of the players are spitting their chewing tobacco on the sidelines:/
4. Having to watch commericals that when added all up, most often last longer than the actual show in which they are shown.
5. Waking up to Bush holding a news conference, over the fact that he's pissed off because his party won't do what he wants them to do.
6. The polictial ads between Bob Corker and Ford Jr. (I will be voting for Ford Jr.) Sidenote: I was sick of seeing the Corker signs on the way to school, so I pulled over and took it then threw it in a bin behind Mickey D's (seemed like the two were made for each other really).
7. The fact that I have to drive 40 mins to get to class
8. One of my local news anchorman sounds like Ned Flanders (from the Simpsons)
9. I can not eat any spinach. I can not buy spinach either. No one is selling it now.
10. I have almost watched every episode of all of the Law and Orders (SVU and CI) on the USA network. I'll even watch the repeats three hours later.
11. The people that work at the Conoco down the street know me by name and by car now, which isn't too bad I suppose, cause they let me always pump before having to pay... even after dark. (So that annoyance actually does have a benifit).
12. It's September and I'm still having to run the AC.
13. My computer is the only device in which I can listen to my CDs.
14. My computer speakers only work when I've hit them hard enough.
15. I do not have a temperature gauge in the dash of Byron.
16. The fact that I am not allowing myself to particpate in a social life.
17. Missing Thor on almost a daily basis.
18. Thrilled that the price of gas is almost down to $2.00 a gallon.
19. Knowing that the reason why the price of gas is almost down to $2.00 a gallon is to help the Repugs gain votes.
20. Dreading the after Halloween candy clearance sale.
Oh and one more thing:
21. WE LOST TO THEM BLOODY GATORS!! UT will suck for the rest of the season now.
22. It is 'Nay-land' stadium, not 'Knee-land' stadium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alright, done for now.

Pump up the balloons...
It's taken me 30 mins to inflate nine balloons.
I have a balloon pump. Is it not supposed to be faster? It's def faster than me blowing them up myself, but it's wearing my arm out.
Feels like I've been wanking non-stop for a week.

Yeh. OK.
I only noticed a few mins ago that there was a typo in one of my list items. I only get embarrassed after I correct them: / So, it goes to show you that my main objective is to smack the enter key... and then I read what actually was typed.
Updated my Flickr.
I am now trying to find a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
What is that in metres?
50L in Second Life is up for grabs for the right answer... be cheeky... I do not even know what the answer is!
heh.

Naughty
Geeezzzza! I just did something that I soooo shouldn't have! I mean I know why I did it in the first place, because well I wanted too. So I did. But, now after actually doing it, I *feel* that I, acutally and more than likely, shouldn't have in the first place.
But, as I am sitting here typing, I can't help but to giggle, because I actually done it and now I am sitting here trying to give myself a hard time over yet, but still.... I'm giggling.
Wait... now I feel embarrassed. Here we go, I'm giggling again, because I just re-thought about what I was feeling embarrasseed over.
Oh! What fun!
Now, the cause for what I did....
You would so miss 'the point'.

Oh. I see. I know why my template knackered up the other day. This free service has gone to paid subscriptions only. But, my account is still free, because I've sat here for a while now. So, yes, I think this blog service is still great;) So, all is well now. Carry on... Yes. That's right, good, excersise them eyeballs! Now Move along... :-p Hey, I just realised I have stuff missing. Like...toolbars... Hey now... Oh it's the text editor is what I'm missing. I'm looking at the bottom left of my screen. It's an error message. Maybe there is something wrong with my browser... Alright, G can look at it later. So, I'm still loving my blog service.

SIR TERRY WOGAN, YOU ARE MY IDOL
It's that time of year again, the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest came to a close tonight with Finland being the winner with 292 points. Lordi, the rock band that sang, 'Hard Rock Hallelujah.'
We (the UK) came in 19th out of 24, with a total of 25 points, which has been the best point score in recent years.
Most people will say that the contest is driven my polictial means, 'show loyalty to your neighbours' or in some eastern countries, show your loyalty to Russia.
The Baltic states always vote for each other and so do some other eastern blocks.
Besides the 'sing songy poltical contest' what makes Eurovision so utterly enjoyable to watch is hearing the witty and almost deadpan commentary of Sir Terry Wogan.
Yes. Eurovision is cheesy and some of the songs can be downright appalling and ear-sore, but once Terry chimes in his two pence, it's like a wave of utter relaxation melding with my own smugness.
Mental stimulated intercourse.
Till next year, my annual secret joy!!!!!!
Learn all about Eurovision!!!!
It's great!

Random MoTo

The above is the background that I have on my mobile.
I moto'ed this green 'tardis' police box, while in town shopping.
This is Sheffield's city council building.... I think... it's next to the Peace Gardens.....bah - I'm pretty sure it is.17:27 Posted in Blog | Permalink | Comments (0) | Email this

Things to do when you are bored.
I was bored eariler and so I googled: Things to do when you are bored.
Here are examples from a hit that returned:
Scratch yourself
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
Go ahead, scratch yourself now. Even if nothing itches, go ahead. Doesn't that feel pretty good?
Repeat the same word over and over until it loses its meaning
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
Pick a random word out of a magazine and say it aloud to yourself until it becomes a meaningless set of noises
Hurt yourself
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
What is pain? Why is it unpleasant? There's nothing physical about it - it's all in your mind. Plus, after pinching yourself for awhile, boredom will seem nice next to being in pain.
Next section:
Things you can do with very little, while being bored alone:
Send spooky emails
(Amusement Potential: 15-60 minutes)
Look up someone's CV on the web, do some research on them via Google and then send them an email full of personal references claiming to be an ex-work colleague who fell in love with their shoes. Or something.
Try and sound Welsh
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
The key to sounding Welsh is to make sure that your voice goes up at the end of the sentence, so that everything sounds like a question. Throw in a superfluous 'isn't it?' at the end of everything you say and you're halfway there. Isn't it?
See what's in your neighbour's rubbish/trash
(Amusement Potential: 20-30 minutes)
You can learn a lot about people by what they throw out. You might uncover some dark secret about them. Plus, they might be throwing out something with value that still works, like a VCR or some porn mags.
---- the above taken from: A bumper list of pointless timewasters.
*/ I've had a similar experience to the trash activity. The differences were that:
1. I was with my best friend and her mother - it was their deceision to go 'dumpster digging', and I was all for it, considering that I love doing things I've never done before.
2. Using my car and with me driving, we went down the road to the Big Lots. We all were wearing black tops and jeans, rubber gloves, standing there with our flashlights, peeking and poking in the dumpster. (Normally, the best time to do this is after a major holiday or sale - they just end up throwing out the stock that didn't sell or expired.)
3. It was around 10pm. We had more luck finding old prescriptions receipts than anything really worthy of having to bear the brunt of the athorities later on. Though, I did find this oil painting on canvas of this hideous vase with purple green lillies and an armful of 'The Closeout Man' display cutouts. I kept the picture, cause I had time to stuff it in my trunk. The Closeout Man wasn't so fortuante as he slinked down to the ground, as I had my arms up in the air, after the cops had suddenly pulled up behind and busted us:/
And the moral of the story is if you are bored try not to do anything that would involve the cops. It spoils the fun.

The machine said I'm dead :/
Well well well. I had a doctor's appointment today. It was a general check-up. I really wanted to know what my blood pressure was. The automated blood pressure checker failed to work the three times that it was tried out on me.
"I really want to know my blood pressure, can't you just use the old fashioned way - you know pump by hand?"
"We got rid of the old equipment and I wasn't taught to use the old method, just how to use the machine."
"Are you for real?"
"'fraid so.'
"You're lucky. The machine doesn't think you're dead."
"Hahahaha! You are very funny!"
"No, I'm 'dead' remember:-p"

Anger and the managing of.
"There are usually two ways that most of us deal with our anger, either to implode or explode. Exploders move from anger into rage quickly. These are adult temper tantrums. Exploders are irrational in their regressed state and cause harm to themselves and to those around them. Their anger is the rage of the moment. Exploders are unable to look at the big picture and are swamped by the reptilian and mammalian part of the brain. Rage is anger out of control.Imploders stuff their anger. They "bottle" it for long periods of time because of fear, insecurity and low self-esteem. Initially, it appears to cause little harm to them. Imploders however cannot hold the anger in forever, they must let it out. They are walking time bombs, just waiting to explode. The longer it is held in the more damage it does to the person retaining it. It takes its toll physically! An imploder will eventually become an exploder. It is only a matter of time. As irrational as the exploder may seem, the imploder appears more so. Imploders stack dominoes called emotion and pain. When dominoes are knocked over, they fall on the next in line and cause a chain reaction. All it takes to knock over the first domino is an insignificant event at the wrong time. Imploders usually explode!"
These are important treatment areas:
• Anger Management
• Defense Mechanisms
• What anger isn't
• Attitudes
• Behaviours
• Feelings
• Causes
• Road Rage
• The Wheel of Emotions
• Temper Control
• Anger Scale (degrees of anger)
• Do's and Don'ts
• Giving and Receiving Feedback
• Understanding Anger
• Recognition and Expression

I never knew such things could exsist.
I've been on a sort of 'mini' adventure.
It's an absolutley wonderful place! There are so many things to do, so many sights to see, people to meet. It's so exciting. Why, I've never known anything like it!
As soon as I stepped into Second Life, 2.3 minutes later; I was hooked. Sickeningly, sadisticly swooned with so much utter excitement that I continued playing for a couple of days. (continously).
Nothing could have prepared me for such a reality twisting event. I really didn't know that computers could connect to each other in such a graphical way. I mean, after all these years of spodding and Interneting; I was absolutely flabbergasted at experiencing such an indepth Internet session... or 'sessions' is more precise.
I just never knew such fantasical things could actually be possible!
It's like...being hungry for so long and then finally being able to eat something.

That's me, Asadora. The guy is Ariel who has been so utterly nice to me. I mean someone who is interested in your 'cache' is in my book a keeper:-p
;)
Btw, I came across Second Life by google. I wanted to know all the things I could do with Broadband. So, I googled:
Things to do with broadband and got a list that contained Second Life.
See, Google is your friend!
Have you googled your world yet?:-p

I hate mornings.
I was all snug in bed when my mobile chirped.
I stirred, blinked the eye boogers away and answered.
Now, I'm sitting down here, typing.
I'm cold. I'm hungry.
Beans on toast with rice cheese is a good idea.
I shall go and make that.
Mmm.
I can't stop thinking about it enough, to actually go and do it.
Yes. The hunger pangs are in full swing now.
I don't know if I can even make it to the kitchen.
I feel so weak.
I must! I must make it to the kitchen!
Where beans on toast with rice cheese will be made and then had.... all for me!!!

I'm still excited!!
I'm still excited about the new broadband setup!!!!!!!!!
I'm utterly amazed at how fast it is! I can load up a webpage. I don't have to wait for up to three mins. I can click and the page shoots right up! Really loving the whole high-techiness going on here!
Watching the SuperBowl and I must say, #43 for the Steelers must be really really hot; with all that hair and wearing a helmet. Kinda reminds me of Slash from Guns n Roses.
But, I'm still utterly excited!! I can use the Internet in a whole new way now and it's the best way to use it, the super fast way!!!
I'm on the Internet Highway and with this fast connection, watch out; I might run you down!
Going down the highway doing 65;
Here comes the cops and they pull me to the side.
:-p
Silly.

Now, I can still use the dial up and broadband;)

Get him outta there!!
I'm sick of having to watch George Galloway on Celebrity Big Brother.
He's very patronising and sly. He's annoying, obnoxious and quiet repetative. It was very disgusting to see him play the 'pussy party' with Rula. For someone in his position to be rolling around on the ground, submitting to his 'kitten fantasies' on national T.V is not deserving of 'respect' at all! Hopefully when he gets kicked out of there, his own Respect Party will have turned their tail up at him! Disrespectful :-p
I'm having trouble understanding Dennis Rodman at times. Micheal Barrymore and Pete Burns are wanna be divas who are very bitter at the fact that they can't be; worn out smags.
I've sat here and looked at the picture on the right for ten minutes now.
And this came to mind:
They look striking similar, granted that is only because of the whole finger pointing gesture, but it makes me really want to see Uncle Same give Galloway *the* finger.

It's Friday! You ain't go no job...
How can there not be any baked beans in the cupboard? I was really looking forward to having beans on toast with a slice of rice cheese. I cleared out the bottom cupboard and to no avail, no baked beans:/ I have 15 cans of Libby's Pumpkin though;)
Just noticed that today is Friday the 13th.
No wonder I didn't have any baked beans.
That's some freaky shit.
:-p
*makes mental note to add baked beans on shopping list*
*makes mental note to find said shopping list first*
So, Happy Friday the 13th!
I made coffee... I just forgot to put coffee grounds in the machine. But, I have a hot pitcher of water, so, a cup of tea it will be. Though, I don't think the lack of putting coffee in the coffee machine is down to today's date. It's more to do with my blonde highlights seeping into my brian.

Concern
You’re too important for anyone
You play the role of all you long to be
But I, I know who you really are
You’re the one who cries when you’re alone
You think that I can’t see right through your eyes
Scared to death to face reality
No one seems to hear your hidden cries
You’re left to face yourself alone
I realize you’re afraid
But you can’t abandon everyone
You can’t escape
You don’t want to escape
I’m so sick of speaking words that no one understands
Is it clear enough that you can’t live your whole life all alone
I can hear you when you whisper
But you can’t even hear me screaming
Something I want you to ponder:
"You hold the answers deep within your own mind.
Consciously, you've forgotten it.
That's the way the human mind works.
Whenever something is too unpleasant, to shameful for us
to entertain, we reject it.
We erase it from our memories.
But the imprint is always there."
The pain that grips you
The fear that binds you
Releases life in me
In our mutual
Shame we hide our eyes
To blind them from the truth
That finds a way from who we are
Please don't be afraid
When the darkness fades away
The dawn will break the silence
Screaming in our hearts
You're not alone, honey."
"Never... Never."
Listen to each drop of rain (listen listen)
Whispering secrets in vain (listen listen)
Frantically searching for someone to hear
Their story before they hit ground
Please don't let go
Can't we stay for a while?
It's just to hard to say goodbye
Listen to the rain

Recyle and the IT
You know this has been bugging me for a while now. It has become very tiring.
Every time that I think I’ve stopped doing it, It seems to beckon me back into IT’s tranquil lull.
Swirling inside my head are seamless thoughts of that particular ‘It’.
It is a powerful thing. It is very soothing. Too soothing at times.
Out of nowhere, here It comes, bubbling up from secret part of me, where I’ve banished it often.
Every time I think it’s gone, a few days pass and I’m back to figuring out how to re-banish It.
Mind you, I must admit that I sometimes find It too appealing to just banish quickly upon feeling the first signs of It . It is hard to ignore.
Tomorrow we are going to the recyling centre. There is half a garage of things that we need to recyle.
There is a picture in Digital Memories.
Do you recyle? Like, cans, plastic bottles, paper, or post?
;)

New Peak

We went to the Peak District on New Year's Day. I can't remember what village it was near, but there was a roundabout not too far away. I don't think that narrows it down any.
There is another Motopic of me in Digital Memories.
I can't think of anything else to say.
Oh, I love my new phone! ;)
